Using Distributions for Demonstration

To use a given product's on-line distribution for demonstration purposes:

• download and install the appropriate archive (see right) which, once expanded, is the full product.

• if you're starting XPress or InDesign for the first time after installing the XTension or plug-in, press the Demo button in the dialog that pops up asking you for your serial number.

• use the sample files and supporting materials that came with the product to examine how it works, referring to the Read Me file in any Samples folder for directions and explanations.

• review the manual (and any manual addenda) that come with the product.

In demonstration mode, each of our products is unlimited in its feature set, but limited in the number of records or paragraphs it will handle at a time. (See the specific product download section "Limits in demonstration mode" for actual limits.)
