InCatalog and InCatalog Pro Support

First, review the general support information if you haven't already.

In most cases, to help you debug your InCatalog problems, you'll have to send us:

• a message detailing how to run your update and exactly what problem you see,

• the document in question containing your InCatalog links,

• enough of your data (ideally as an ascii data snapshot, though we can also look at FileMaker files under Mac OS) to show the problem, and, possibly

• enough graphic files to show the problem, if it's graphics-related.
