InFlow (a helper plug-in useful on its own right) is bundled with InData. (You may already have a copy if you are using InCatalog or Xtags.) The samples and tutorial files are not included in the distributions above (as they used to be), but can be downloaded from here:
Release notesPlease see the list of changes for important notes. The manual is still based on the 2.0 release, though there are no real user-visible changes in InData 4/5.x. In terms of installation, the only change from the manual is that

Limits in demonstration modeIn demonstration mode, InData will import no more than 50 records at a time. No other limitations are present. Host requirementsInDesign CS2 (InData 4.x plug-in), InDesign CS3 (5.x plug-in), or InDesign CS4 (6.x plug-in) for Mac OS X or Windows. System requirementsSame as its InDesign host application.
