InData Downloads

First, see the general software distribution download information, if you haven't already, and see the release notes below for important information. Then, download:

• InData 4/5/6.1.5 for InDesign CS2/CS3/CS4 under Windows

The the manual is not included in the distributions above, but can be viewed or downloaded from here:

InFlow (a helper plug-in useful on its own right) is bundled with InData. (You may already have a copy if you are using InCatalog or Xtags.)

The samples and tutorial files are not included in the distributions above (as they used to be), but can be downloaded from here:

• InData sample/tutorial files (zip, 1.3MB).

The manual is still based on the 2.0 release, though there are no real user-visible changes in InData 4/5.x.

In terms of installation, the only change from the manual is that there are two sub-folders in the distribution, one named Plug-ins for InDesign CS2 and one named Plug-ins for InDesign CS3, with the appropriate InData and InFlow plug-ins in each folder.

Limits in demonstration mode

In demonstration mode, InData will import no more than 50 records at a time. No other limitations are present.

Host requirements

InDesign CS2 (InData 4.x plug-in), InDesign CS3 (5.x plug-in), or InDesign CS4 (6.x plug-in) for Mac OS X or Windows.

System requirements

Same as its InDesign host application.
