First, review the general support information if you haven't already.

Second, we're often asked "How would you write the prototype to ...?". Unfortunately, we can't write your InData prototypes for you, though we're delighted to help you debug your own efforts, and to give you plenty of hints and advice as you make progress. (If you do want us to write your first prototype for you, see our head start information.)

In most cases, to help you debug your InData problems, you'll have to send us:

• a message detailing how to run your prototype and exactly what problem you see,

• the document containing your InData prototype,

• enough of your data snapshot to show the problem, and, possibly

• enough graphic files to show the problem, if it's graphics-related.

Also, if you have a general InData usage question, it's often to helpful to tap the combined knowledge of the InData/Xdata users, and use the Data-Users mailing list to ask questions.
