Xtags Support

First, review the general support information if you haven't already.

In most cases, to help you debug your Xtags problems, you'll have to send us:

• a message detailing how to import or export your files, and exactly what problem you see,

• the document used as your Xtags source or destination;

• enough of your Xtags input or output file to show the problem, and, possibly

• enough graphic files to show the problem, if it's graphics-related.
