If you're not happy with the product during the first 60 days (if it's 63 days, we're not going to quibble), just destroy all copies (including back-ups), and send us an email or a letter (via fax is fine) stating your reason for return and that you have deleted all copies of the products from your systems and will no longer use the software.

If you've bought the product from a reseller, please go through them to process your refund.
